What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams offers wide features, although obviously, you can take advantage of the product itself because you can easily collaborate to any Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office, etc. It also offers four (4) different plans including the free version. You can also choose whether to install the application or just use the browser that you're most comfortable using. The support of the product is undeniably great and can easily resolve if there's an issue that you will encounter.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Now let's talk about its feature. Noise suppression, this feature I think is only available in Microsoft Teams, I have not experienced it in any web conferencing software unless you have a high-end headset that has noise cancellation features. What noise suppression does is that Microsoft Teams automatically detect some unnecessary noise like the sounds of your snacks' plastic container or the background noise. Some features are: transfer meeting device, teams for personal use, switch accounts, polls during meetings, pin posts, additional status controls, improved notifications mute attendees, insight, templates, emojis in teams & channels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You just have to explore its settings in order for you to customize and optimize all of its features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check their website to see the pricing and features of the software. And I also recommend them to install the software rather than using it in the browser.

Calendar sync with outlook and being able to attend meetings in different screens.
