What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It brings messaging, filesharing and multi-user editing capabilities, and tracking documents really easy in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document maintenance between teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing to dislike about the product! I wish we used it more often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look into how this could be used integrating Okta! It comes really handy!
