What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Great integration of communication across the different departments in my organization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to share documents and utilize them in a conference call so that we can view and manipulate reports together and share findings in a team format.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Security controls lock me out constantly. Need to sign on repeatedly when have interim spans of inactivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn the capabilities to ensure you optimize full use of it's features.
