Having a feature to assign permissions at a folder level and file conversions at a team level helps in improving efficiency in workflows even further.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The standout feature of WorkDrive is its rich integration feature. With a rich integration suite with a range of tools, including best-known tools such as Slack and Microsoft Office, WorkDrive integrates with a range of business tools seamlessly. With such high interoperability, one can develop efficient workflows that extend over a range of platforms, enhancing overall productivity. Integration with other Zoho tools, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, enables even easier business processes through creating an efficient ecosystem for a range of operations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The area of concern is performance when working with big files or big volumes of files. Users have noticed slow performance and even failure to sync when working with big documents or when a group of several workers work at one time on high-resource jobs. For most operations, WorkDrive performs well, but such performance faults can become an issue in cases that involve immediate access to files and real-time collaboration and can slow down productivity in critical jobs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth investing in proper training and onboarding for your workers. With its rich feature platform, having "power users" in each function who can become platform master’s and then educate and mentor fellow workers is a sound practice. Max out Zoho documentation, video tutorials, and webinars to make your workers expert software operators. Regular follow-ins and best practice dissemination can allow your organization to make best use of WorkDrive capabilities and make your document management and collaboration processes even easier.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

I've found that Zoho WorkDrive is very customisable and suffers from a lot less critical errors/issues. It just works, and it works well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Usability and interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Other vendors typically integrate with Google Drive since it's more well known, though I suspect that will change over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's worthwhile working with this app on a standalone basis, it's that good - I prefer it to Google Drive.

Zoho is having good traning user guide for the product, helps new joiner to understand.
