What is Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage, sync and collaboration platform for modern teams, small businesses and large enterprises. It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. TeamDrive takes complete care of your mobility needs with the Android and iOS mobile apps and the desktop sync application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A very userful feature of direct synchonization in desktop of computer creating a direct local link as a local PC drive where I always keep files and setup backups for files on the company. Zoho work drive allows storing files and mange them in the centralised way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

zoho work drive also facilites collaborative file editing by our team and our stores files while work on the projects,

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

When it comes to hosting and syncing my website, I appreciate simplicity. The smartphone app is user-friendly, too. Thanks to this service, I can save on the cloud all the files I need to launch my firm. When necessary, I can get to them from anyplace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's the most convenient and safest place for me to share files, as I have full visibility into every activity. They offer the best deal of everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My one and only suggestion is that the maximum file size that can be uploaded be raised. I couldn't locate a single other problem. Their monthly plan is sufficient, as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability to quickly share any file was a major challenge for us, but zoho made it easy. As an added bonus, the 5 TB of storage space included in my Zoho plan is more than enough to accommodate the data needs of even the largest organizations.

Easy to sort and manage documents online

There are more advanced workdrives available in the market

It's pretty basic compared with other work drives

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A good option for the budget conscious, but if you have the means it's best to look at other programs.
