What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I use Zoho Sheets frequently, that feature is the most beneficial. I can share this Sheet with my team via email so we can work together online. I can also see the revision history in real-time, and the Sheet automatically saves itself, so I don't have to. I organize my files into several folders; I have folders for text, audio, video, audio files, and sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price for additional storage capacity is rather high, despite all the features and functionalities being good. Although the license initially has a good amount of storage, we must pay a significant price if we need more. As a result, this is the one I dislike the most. It goes slowly for two or more people to work together on a cloud-based spreadsheet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a simple utility to use. We have access to editing tools, and all information is protected. One-step authentication can stop data theft without sending emails with attachments and easy file sharing amongst team members utilizing a user-friendly internet or mobile application. The process of creating the folders is simple and seamless. Out of thousands of different files, I can search the desired files that I want using this innovative search feature; this works quickly. I can manage thousands of files easily online on the cloud. I have created the video, audio, text, and sales folders for all my different file needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The formulas and shortcuts I use when working on Zoho Sheet and Zoho Writer are helpful but challenging to remember. I dislike this feature only; the rest of the platform is excellent and functions well for me. It moves slowly when two or more users use spreadsheets on the cloud.

I can view all the papers we need to access throughout the organization in one location, in particular. All of the marketing, accounting, and other departmental files are located here and should be accessible to all users. What do you dislike most about this product?

The one aspect of Zoho Drive that I did not appreciate was its hefty price. Apart from that, I enjoyed utilizing all of the features.
