What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Zoho WorkDrive is beating all other cloud storage vendors in the market. There a lot of nice features which attracts me as a customer. The very first attractive feature is "Ease of Use" because of the simplicity of this application. Every screen of this platform is neat and clean which helps to access all features in minimal clicks. You can create multiple Team folders project-wise or department-wise and also possible to grant higher permission to anyone for your created folders or files. This platform allows almost all document format. Renaming filename or folder name is very easy, even you can mark favourite a file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No doubt I am a big fan of Zoho Universe products. Zoho WorkDrive is one of the best tools in the market as a cloud-storage platform which is really helpful to work in real-time working because the synchronisation is well handled. This platform full fills my all expectation as a cloud-storage solution which has many more features like writer, sheet, show, etc. The search feature is also very fast and helpful to look within the entire storage. Integration with third-party applications and customisation is also very good and smooth. Especially integration with Zoho family suite product is really seamless and too much beneficial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Why I would give any dislike if this application is working perfectly fine for me because I did not face any issue till now. Hence I have nothing to add here as dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho WorkDrive is one of the best cloud storage platfrom which is secure and robust. The best part of this platform is very easily adaptable for new users. In worst situation 24x7 technical support team is available for the help. They are 100% customer focused and impressive part is their customer care executive are very soft spoken and informative. First they understand issue and then provide solution in once short.
