What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
I've found that Zoho WorkDrive is very customisable and suffers from a lot less critical errors/issues. It just works, and it works well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Usability and interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Other vendors typically integrate with Google Drive since it's more well known, though I suspect that will change over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's worthwhile working with this app on a standalone basis, it's that good - I prefer it to Google Drive.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
The benefits that Zoho WorkDrive has provided us are amazing, it has solved many challenges that we experienced before using it, as we struggled a lot with collaborative work and the files often got lost when sending via e-mail. The productivity while using Zoho WorkDrive has been greatly boosted, as we can know just log in onto the platform and start working right away without the need to check other external solutions. I also think that it's a really great benefit that Zoho WorkDrive provides amazing security measures which take the worries off our minds about the potential risks of our information being compromised.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Zoho WorkDrive has a set of collaborative features that make the tool an essential aspect of our workflow. I specifically like that we don't have to send files through an external platform to one another, but we can just upload the files to this platform and share them with everyone who needs them. This makes it easy to collaborate and make adjustments to each file if necessary. It has all the essential tools to write in the documents simultaneously and create multiple ideas with every team, as well as having support for many files formats, including spreadsheets, which is needed in our daily work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issue that I have found while using Zoho WorkDrive is that it can be very difficult to use when you are offline, since if you are working on a file that is shared among many people and they're also working on it, it can be difficult to know if what you're doing matches the rest of the file, since you can't get real-time updates while working offline. This has become an issue and we have solved it by avoiding to work offline on shared files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think my biggest recommendation to new users or people who are considering implementing it into their teams, is to take advantage of the integrations that it offers, as it integrates with basically every known platform out there that you are probably already using it, this will simplify the setup process for new users and it will become quickly familiar to use. I would also recommend checking out the pricing options and see all the benefits to see which one suits you the best.
