What is Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage, sync and collaboration platform for modern teams, small businesses and large enterprises. It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. TeamDrive takes complete care of your mobility needs with the Android and iOS mobile apps and the desktop sync application.

It's more affordable than ShareFile and better suited for small businesses than Microsoft OneDrive.

Secure file sharing, team-based workspaces and organizational controls kept my small business organized.

Sometimes slow when uploading large files and some features take time to fully understand.

Zoho WorkDrive is collaboration hub that keeps our team organized and on the same page. Whether we’re managing internal documentation, sharing technical guides, or coordinating with other departments, WorkDrive delivers the structure and accessibility we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite use cases is creating shared workspaces for cross-departmental projects. For instance, when rolling out new software, we use WorkDrive to house deployment plans, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. Everyone involved has access to the latest files in real-time, and version control ensures no one is working on outdated documents. It’s like having a central command center for collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop sync client could use some fine-tuning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho WorkDrive has made a tangible difference in our organization’s efficiency. It’s reduced email clutter, eliminated the chaos of scattered files, and fostered better collaboration across teams.
