What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

The ability to scale up from need. It is expensive over time but the ease of use and extensive knowledge resources are second to none. Salesforce might be more powerful but Hubspot is better for the everyday business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, implementation and training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is a bit exorbitant once you add pretty basic features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It does everything GOOD but nothing exceptionally great besides email automation in my view.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

I love the way HubSpot has made an all-in-one place efficiency for social media and ad analytics. Combine that with the data on email marketing and as a marketer for small businesses it has become my go-to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hands down the marketing features. There is a great deal of data that is collected and can help optimize quickly any campaigns that are being pushed to the wild.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not a fan of the workflows if there are multiple people involved in being admins. It causes to many issues and hard to streamline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk honestly with your rep and tell them what you need now. Then have a conversation of what you are thinking of expanding to in the future.
