What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I haven't used its competitors however what I can attest to is the community that Hubspot has built around its software and its continued product development as not just sales and marketing platform, but an ERP. Its recent purchase of an industry-leading integration platform, now rebranded as HubSpot Datasync, added significant value to the platform. Currently, we are using another CRM which, due to IT infrastructure we would not stop using. At least with the possibility of integration via Datasync there's still a path to more data transparency, avoiding data silos that often make it difficult to leverage business insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?
the discrepancy between how HubSpot and Google capture traffic analytics
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of the community. There's alot to learn but they are great at setting you up for success.

It is a complete tool for attracting leads and automated marketing

The ease of use, has useful tools for automated processes. Integrates the 360 degree vision of the client.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is very expensive and does not have unlimited resources like other similar tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make a dimensioning of what your company requires, since this tool is expensive and charges per module and number of users.

Let it buy it. It would add value to your business. It requires almost no programming and is very easy to use.
