Continual improvement of features and support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Constant changing "hubs" which seems to sometimes minimize feature sets in prior products that have been purchased.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to research all of your needs to make sure you're purchasing the right "hubs" for your business.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot's ability to automate the outreach, cadences, and lead nurturing are absolutely top of the line.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Through the use of smart text, I can send hundreds of emails all at once, that come off as individualized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is a marketing tool through and through. It does not provide much latitude or customization as a sales tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use HubSpot in conjunction with a more "sales dedicated" software. The combination of HubSpot for outreach and marketing plus a dedicated CRM/Sales tool will prove to be a great combination for any organization.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

How comprehensive it is. It's the only tool that gives you excellent data and an easy way to set up entire funnels, with the additional benefit of quick and easy integration with the sales portion of the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HubSpot does an incredible job with reporting and presenting data, which is crucial for analyses and future success.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's among the most expensive products on the market, and it often feels like there's no room for negotiations with their team. It can feel hostile and it made us think about leaving the product a few times already, out of frustration with that process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're budget-qualified and you'll actually use the features they offer, it's a great product. However, if you'll only use email marketing/landing pages, there are other, much cheaper yet equally efficient tools you can go with.
