The integrated aspects of it are unmatched. Having your CRM connected to your marketing software is incredible for reporting and just an overall synced up business

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email automation through workflows is incredibly powerful, and if you plan things well you can sit back and just tweak content from time to time

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is a lot and if you don't dedicate time to getting things set up and integrated you can spend a lot of money for less return

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be ready to ditch many of your other systems. HubSpot works best when everything is aligned and connected across marketing, sales, and service.

It supports all kind of marketing that you can think of. It also integrates with the CRM and ERP tools.

The best thing that it gives a chance to interact with the social media platforms clients. You are also able to test the depth of the marketing you have undertaken.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike other than the learning curve. It needs to be shortened.
