What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

It allows more robust reporting, notification of how long users open and read emails. Organization and data analytics are top notch!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of Use and reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cloud based software can get glitches at times or change features/ layouts without notifying users, so it can delay our process at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a cost benefit analysis against your current software and realize there IS an investment for long term planning and growth but it is usally worth it.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

With HubSpot, all my marketing information and channels are in one product. I’m no longer hopping from platform to platform to do email marketing, social media marketing, and website management. Hubspot has been the most efficient and informative marketing platform I’ve ever used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the CMS capabilities in HubSpot. We were able to build and manage our website and blog inside of HubSpot and it was very user friendly and gives insight into SEO capabilities for our content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like the campaign functionality. The issue of not being able to archive pst campaigns makes it very difficult to see what current campaigns are running and the assets tied to them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have at least one person who will be dedicated to keeping HubSpot up to date and that there are eager to dive into the product. Hubspot is incredibly vast and requires someone tenacious to dive into everything it has to offer.

Very flexible CRM with a lot of technical uses

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to initiate. A lot of use cases and very technical.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say I like how my company implements it so it's tough for me to work with. I don't think it's the product itself

To make sure he knows how to use it first
