What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Ability to customize again and again, can use as few or as many features as you need to get the results you're looking for

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy filtration so keeping on top of daily tasks is easy. Good view at a glance to show stakeholders time involved and number of tasks/priorities team is looking after

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very difficult to figure out initially as it's not very intuitive. There are so many features - it's nearly like photoshop. Great capability but you have to know your way around to get things done

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Undertake as much online training as possible before getting started. Talk to someone who has used the product before if possible - in particular a scrum master.
