What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It's user interface is quite easy to understand and user friendly. It has a lot of features which would simplify our work. Easy and efficient way to track the progress of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Track all the progress in one place. Easy to create and assign the tasks and is user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Error messages are sometimes not very clear. It should be more specific.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a best product available in the market to track the progress of the project.

Easy to use, provide good collaboration with the team. Allows customization workflow edits and enables automation workflows.

it supports integration with third-party apps and plug-in's enabling the highest productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

a little high price, i think, but it does its job for the money we are spending on it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is the best choice if your looking for automation workflow and customization fields and third-party apps llaboration. no other tools provide third-party apps collaboration like Jira does.
