What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It’s is quite clear Jira is the most flexible and customizable application in its segment. As Atlassian have created a powerful API, the limit you can achieve by using it, will depends on your imagination!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ecosystem is rich with a plenty of modules developed by third parties. You can extend its functionalities in a easy way!

What do you dislike most about this product?

As Jira was developed as much flexibility is possible, this huge flexibility make its configuration quite confuse most of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do whatever training you can do. Starting using Jira from scratch could be painful as its configuration is not intuitive at all.

Perfectly packed product for any size company

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The way we can record our task details ,requirements, project related information , story tickets , create epics. We don't need great knowledge about product to start using it. We can simply jump off and start using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Efficiency and ease it provides in creating a) Task tickets b) Posting defects (and variety of internal fields in has to offer ) c) Recording requirement related tickets d) story tickets e) Epic tickets f) for task management tickets g) product related tickets Another great feature it offers is kanban and scrum board, which is widely used in current market - We don't need great knowledge for using this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have been using JIRA for close to 9 years, the UI has been the same much or less. JIRA has added different features to it but it should also enhance its UI and make it more attractive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can adopt this product no matter what is the size of company . Because it has everything which a company needs to start its business and run in right direction.
