What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira provides a great range of customisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of jira is its feature of customisability also it is very easy to use even for new user

What do you dislike most about this product?

For me I feel jira is bit high in price and also sometimes complex configurations may slowdown the work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even it's bit high in price I feel I will recommend jeera as it make your work easy and save your time.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has a very user-friendly GUI. Easy to use with tiny bugs that are fixed regularly. Technical support team is very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to track progress on tickets and get notified about the updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It makes changes if we click anywhere outside the description box. Cant revert any changes made.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is costly but provides great features.
