What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I think Jira so powerful that majority of my co-workers regardless of their tenure did not even heard the other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Jira because it clearly enables product managers/team leaders to see where is a hard work

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like the ticket complexity and repetition, there needs to be a better way to differentiate ticket from each other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every sofware engineer needs to make their piece with Jira
