Fantastic product must have for project management

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
The size of possibilities within Jira is great. You can create linked tickets, create epic, create workflows for those tickets, all with their a very well thought out user system where some users can do different actions than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the way you can customize Jira. We work a lot with Jira Dashboards, which track a ticket based on various statuses. Per project, you can design this dashboard to have other statuses. This means that you can use Jira for almost all IT projects since you can create a dashboard that fits perfectly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The creation of new tickets can be a bit cumbersome. This proces could be designed more intuitive through a series of pages instead of one page that is so large it is quite scary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would 100% recommed Jira since it is the market leader. Jira can be implemented to be used with almost every IT project so it should also fit your project.
