What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is very useful because it has very good integration with another app. We can easily create roadmaps with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very customizing tool, you can control the workflow, getting status clear. With this feature, user can do their task easily and with more productivity. Tracking of tasks becomes easier with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

API integration needs to improve. Notification for the mobile is the worst. It is more expensive to use for the first time. Overall it is good software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to make your task more effective and productive way it is the best tool you need. But the prices are high if you can effort it then it is the best tool.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has made the process of ticket creation and management simple and the process is much quicker now.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The users can be tagged in comments of the ticket and they also get notified through mail and through Jira dashboard, thus making sure it is not missed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There appear to be occasional down time, this needs to be addressed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A well packed ticket management tool
