It is very reliable and offers a clean design language which even non-IT folks can easily navigate through

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The shortcut key combos which Jira supports saves lots of time and can get work done in a much simpler manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The real time sync between atlassian products needs to be improved

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It offers a simple user Interface and is much more user friendly. It offers all required functionality as expected right off the bat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Moving Sprint tickets between different boards or changing the type of the ticket can be done without much hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are rare occasions of downtime
