How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Dependable, thorough and mildly enjoyable

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira offers so much at a large scale, depending on your implementation. It has so many options and ways to customize, it just makes sense for larger organizations wanting to have something that does it all. But compared to others, it's not pretty, it doesn't have an enjoyable user experience. It can be buggy (with easy workarounds), and it gets pretty clunky at times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most is that it's stable, dependable, comprehensive and familiar as an industry standard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my version, I dislike some UI behaviors, such as screenshots always being added in thumbnail size, the limited ability to style text in the ticket description box, the way formatting in the editing view is different than in the saved view and just how hard it is to find past tickets in Jira.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Jira for larger companies wanting to choose from a wide variety of features and integrations.
Pros
- Reliable
- Unique Features
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
With Jira we can quickly log issues, change requests, and bugs. It has a functional panel for application tracking. It is quite easy to use and allows us to establish roles for several users. Its mobile application provides us with monitoring beyond the company and allows constant connectivity. It is essential for teams working in an agile environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira helps us define and prioritize SLAs and track application defects. It offers us a detailed overview of building applications, numerous tools to track the time of work items, and a nice user interface. Our agile procedures are simple and effective as we can easily develop and manage epics, user stories and sprints.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't see any drawbacks with Jira as an app because it satisfies the needs of the user for daily use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most popular tool for managing application development and support today is JIRA. It is a great solution for managing tests and defects, tracking feature releases, crashes, and status progress. Ideal for software development teams that follow an agile process.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

Jira is easy to use and affordable too.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It has wide range of features and allows customisations which helps in proper streamlining of project timelines and adds to the clarity while working on the tasks. It is easier to track the resources and attachments as well which is an amazing feature. It is quick to understand and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to track the code that was committed to a git branch with the name of task that's created. This helps in finding the right resources and accomodate any changes and tracking at later point of time. One other thing is the clear way of defining roles and assigning the users to the tasks/projects
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not a dislike but would like to see more options while automating ticket creation like on a particular date once in 6 months, weekly, monthly, bi-weekly etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest this as this is easier to use and has all the required features.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
