What is your favorite aspect of this product?
JIRA is Cross platform and can be used on multiple devices irrespective of OS. It Provide different Development lifecycle. It provides visibility for clients for project details. It do not have private related email sharing. Multiple options and dashboards in free tool. It also allow report sharing in different format for clients. It is cloud-based portal It helps to Manage your team and resources for the project Price is reasonable for an individual and an organization as well. It provides well communication data
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many alternative software are more powerful. It does not support disaster recovery. Some plugins cannot integrate and customize as per the client requirements. Due to Machine learning and an automated build system, sometimes the alerts are delayed, which can be eliminated for better forecasting. Performance of the tool or speed can be optimized Some of the features require heavy costing, which is difficult for a startup organization. Not suitable for small projects as challenging to understand the stats or perform analysis for short work. It is difficult to migrate data from one account to another account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Collaborate sheets and perform changes parallel by different teams in the documents. Create several financial and technical projects reports to showcase to the clients and project manager. Analysis of data based on historical stats and used for forecasting. Manage the work for different teams in a single dashboard. Put all project related documents on the cloud based portal which can be access everywhere. Distribute the task and track all the activities for the project. Alerts to get the details for the rules we created. Require less technical skills to operate. The UI is easy and simple to use.

Jira provides great collaboration across multiple teams; it has great options for customization and provides great filters and workflows to track a ticket.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira has good pricing making it suitable for all small and large business. It also help in collaboration , design and deliver within the same software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface of jira can be improved making it more user friendly. It also lacks real time reporting feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please go through proper training and documentation in order to maximize the use of JIRA
