What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The only other similar product I’ve used is Trello. Trello is the little brother to Jira. Basically the same thing but not as big and not as many features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pretty intuitive, customizable and fast. Helps us get the job done

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little clunky at times and a few little glitches

It’s not perfect but it’s the best you’re gonna get
