What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has to offer the best-in-class user experience compared to other products on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Report generating and exporting capability - either in the form of download as images or pull through third party integration like WorkBench, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limitations placed of supported files and sizes can be bothersome at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would love to have a feature such as a 'guest user' - where business and executive leaders do not necessarily have to create and log in to their account to view and track progress of the software development cycles; instead, they can quickly access all the metrics right off a URL.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira provides ease of use and deployment. Other similar products promise high and speedy performance but are not as perfect and great as Jira. In addition, their technical support is always available and responsive. When you compare prices with other products, Jira has more value. Also, our adoption rate was great and its set of powerful features enabled us to perform operations with ease. Jira has a modernized UI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing different projects under one single platform makes Jira a powerful project management tool. It has given us a systematic sequence of managing tasks across different departments, enabling complete control of tasks. Nothing keeps clients happier than delivery of projects on time, and Jira empowers our staff members to do so. We have also saved time on project communication, being enhanced with Jira. Execution of delegation tasks is easy and fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting tool is difficult to use. The search tool is also clunky to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using Jira for group or team work, since it can handle any size of teams. It has powerful features and abilities that most users are familiar with. It has great collaboration tool and faster access to files when needed. Not only that, but it makes working on the same project easier than other platforms i have used before.
