What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
Embedded views, unlike Asana, ClickUp allows you to insert a view from other applications, such as Airtable. See your work in a different light.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With ClickUp I enjoy being able to add as many types of views as I want to any project. Example, be able to use: List, Board (Kanban view), Calendar, Box Timeline, Gantt, Activity, Mind map.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like ClickUp, it allows me to build things my way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ClickUp has its own method for organizing tasks and projects. It takes into account the individual productivity styles of your teams, so your team can work in the way that suits them best. Built-in reporting and analysis capabilities increase productivity and help keep your team on track.

Great product, but a big learning curve

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
ClickUp provides a lot of features in a free package. It really is an unbelievable platform with many, many functions, features and customizations. It allows for team collaboration, document management, and scheduling, all at a very high level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ability to be fully customized is probably its biggest selling point and probably my favorite part of the platform. It allows you the ability to make ClickUp work for you instead of working for ClickUp. I also really love that they continually add to the product and enhance its feature list.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve. This is a very large program and in order to really maximize its usage, you would have to really work with it for a long time. I find it hard to explain its use to our clients when we need direct feedback/document gathering. We use ClickUp internally, but use another platform for client interaction as ClickUp can be very intimidating at first, especially if you have no experience in the project management field.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you read as much about it as you can and watch tutorial videos. It is a robust, powerful platform that can become overwhelming. It is a great platform and they are always making it better, but it sometimes feel like it can swallow you whole.

Combines all the tools and capabilities that streamline processes and get the teams going. With ClickUp there is no need to switch from software to software to do all the tasks you need to perform.
