What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

The flexibility and customization capabilities, as well as the means by which lists can be viewed and data displayed is perfect for our team. We work on many different projects with different reporting requirements, and I'm often able to get what I need from Clickup's base features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The familiarity and depth of the software. It is easy to onboard, but difficult to master.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The amount of times that they try to sell AI to their users. We pay for a business plan, but unfortunately can't afford their AI features currently. Even after dismissing the prompts, the AI features are continually pushed on our team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't hesitate to reach out to a consultant to help you set up your spaces. There is very little that Clickup can't do!

My favorite aspect of ClickUp is its high level of customization. You can tailor everything from task views to workflows, making it adaptable to any team's specific needs and work style.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many features. It can take time to fully understand and navigate the platform efficiently.
