What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

I have tried to use some other platforms but I really haven't tested out enough to highlight how ClickUp is different. They all have a learning curve but ClickUp had some of the best tutorial videos and once I understood the terminology and how things worked, it was pretty easy to create a project management workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have a few different services within my business and I was able to create a template for the project process and then tweak them a little for the different services that I offer. To be honest, some projects are not large enough to need ClickUp, so I found it easier to just use email but for the larger projects or the projects that take some time, it was very nice to know exactly where we were are in the project using ClickUp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was a learning curve for sure! However, ClickUp has some amazing video tutorials to help you try to understand and quickly became an expert.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to other options, I think you receive the most bang for your buck but I also do feel like you need to have patience and there were a few times I wanted to bang my head against the wall out of frustration.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

This is one of the most complete and easy to use software that we have used in our work team. It helps us to complete the assigned tasks, making the project management more organized and the communication between team members more fluid and efficient. Having the Gantt chart at hand always allows us to see how far we have progressed with a project, making it easier for us to streamline it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use; reporting the progress of activities and assignments is very simple. Drag and drop is a plus that makes everyone's life easier. It also has a real time chat that helps us to be always in touch with any inconvenience. The reminders and alarms ensure that we meet the objectives and assigned activities on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a lot of information is indexed, the system tends to become slow. The mobile application does not have all the functions of the web version, so it is not very useful outside the office. Its reports are not very complete, it leaves out a lot of relevant information that is needed to be aware of the project and its progress.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clickup can make all the tasks of the different departments be executed in record time, since it allows you to organize and execute them in an easier and more effective way. Not remembering a task is no longer an excuse, since real-time alarms and notifications allow you to work at the pace the project needs.

ClickUp is full of features, perfect tool for your online/offline business management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ClickUp not only manages our remote office or projects, but the features like creating "Spaces" and customizing them for different projects is the best thing I love in ClickUp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications sometmes arrive late, that is the only thing that irritates me. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike about ClickUp.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an office management tool, go for ClickUp without a second thought. It is much better and easy to use than Asana and Trello. Highly recommended to everyone.
