What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot Sales Hub is differentiated as it has a robust interface that allows sales to accurately and efficiently track opportunities in the pipeline and the activities against contacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation is extremely strong. The sequences feature allows sales to drive powerful, customized sales cadences which streamlines the sales process significantly. It automates tasks that were menial and took too much time before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything I particularly dislike - maybe the learning curve and the higher cost of the product overall.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd tell them to take full advantage of the onboarding and customer success team at HubSpot as they helped us tremendously with feeling comfortable on the platform and helped us unlock capabilities we otherwise wouldn't have been aware of.

Sometimes if i open an email it shows customer opened the email. Thats a niggle

If you want an email campaigning tool with top notch features all in a mix you can go for hubspot
