only if you are a team of less than 10 sales rep with a simple saas sales process, consider this product. otherwise stay away

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

They are the leader in marketing/sales/productivity. Their products just work, their support is top-notch, and their services provide real value. While they do exactly what everybody else does, they just do it better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The attention to detail. They make sure that the product not only works great, but looks great as well. It is very easy to use, straightforward, and allows you to customize it to your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The same thing that everybody else says, the price. But for the services/products that they provide, the cost is justified. They have provided scaled-down versions of their software, which is great, but in order to really take advantage of its capabilities you have to be willing to seriously commit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a look at competitors because you can find scaled-down versions for cheaper. That being said, there really is no comparing HubSpot and the way they operate to anybody else. They are in a league of their own.

It collects client data, sales data by integration. Can schedule social media posts or campaigns from the dashboard. With free plan you will get features to grow your business smoothly. For more lead generation and premium features they have best pricing. It gives proper insignts to the real and target users. You can boost up your sales in every corner. Customer support is great and always ready to solve issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This has fulfilled our all requirements whenever we need. Nothing to dislike.

I would recommend this as it is a full featured tool for your business. It not only increase your sales but also helps to relive customer queries easily. You can manage all tickets raised by customers from singel dashboard. It detects high priority cases and inform to concern team to resolve fast and gives our customers better platform.
