Easy to use, but a bit pricey

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
Can use free with paid versions which is nice for our 1099s and we can still own the data Sales tools! Marketing is very pricy though Built around sales and marketing not just one or the other
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intergration of products like zoom Customer Services! Omg our Rep Cyndi is a goddess of knowledge and help Flexable and willing to adjust to small business needs that are on a large playing field
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not able to mix match different features to customize the portal. - marketing has one thing we use just one but we have to have the whole thing and it is a bit pricey
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have your work flow, future ideas, and a list of needs vs wants keep automation in mind before signature. If you don't know what can be automated ask them Make sure to talk to tech and sales. before signature.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot Sales Hub gives a central database to create and manage all products or contact details of customers and leads, and prospects while other products do not have this ability which makes my work effortless. The seamless integration between HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot's marketing automation tools is a big advantage in that you can manage it according to the customer's demand and this allows for better alignment between you and your companions. I can create custom lead capture forms and embed them on websites or landing pages at any place or any time while some of other manufacturers do not have this feature as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HubSpot Sales is a widely used customer relationship management (CRM) and sales management tool. Its feature of Email tracking empowers salespeople to engage in anticipations and email automation saves time and ensures consistent communication with customers. Through links, we can help representatives to schedule their follow-ups progressively. Personalization is a key highlight it allows business to tailor the CRM to their unique workflows which allows completing tasks according to necessity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hubspot Sales Hub can also create a sense of vendor lock-in, for the new users which reduces their work efficiency in dealing with customers. Sometimes its performance was not steady which caused frustration in handling the situation in the required time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot aligns with business processes and terminology so that I can add custom details, interact with customers, and assign streamlined properties according to requirements. The CRM feature is a visual pipeline that lets me manage deals and sales opportunities through various stages. Sometimes it has a slow process but it can recuperate with situations.

The easy to use design helps teams keep track of their sales and see their data clearly without any trouble.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how it helps with deals by doing tasks and sending emails automatically, which makes selling faster and easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up automation can be a bit hard if you haven’t done it before.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to set up a CRM without much trouble, HubSpot is easier to use than Salesforce.
