This is the Comprehensive CRM tools comes with built in CRM that helps to organize contacts, track interactions and mange all the deals in one place this eliminates multiple tool usage and hassle free for the end user will be easily accessible Advance automation and personalization which includes workflow, email sequences and task management tools will help to automate the entire process

The price is higher, particularly for the small business or startups, As business grows the entire system need to be upload more contacts and cost may escalate quickly Some automation capability are complicated to setup in workflow automations
