Its UI is a bit clunky, not going to lie.

Consider Hubspot only if you are a Pro using CRM's. Beginners please use more user friendly and easy setup tools

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
A centralized system that allows us to monitor the status of each lead. Our pipeline is made more distinct by using varied lead ages. Nothing ever becomes muddled, and in the end, it helps get things done. Interface that is easy to use. When something is in your pipeline, it's nearly hard to ignore it. A friend who helps you reach your goals every day or month.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The capacity to simplify the sales process is the most beneficial feature of HubSpot Sales Hub. With its user-friendly interface, salespeople can easily generate and manage leads, contacts and tasks. Additionally, it offers automated workflows to guarantee the timely and effective completion of activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that it could be challenging to use and navigate without adequate training is the least useful part of HubSpot Sales Hub. Also, not everyone finds the UI to be smooth and easy to use. Another potential drawback for some users is the limited ability to customize the experience. By the way, a lot of companies just can't afford to use HubSpot Sales Hub.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use of HubSpot Sales Hub improves the sales process, which in turn helps companies optimize earnings without compromising customer experience.
