HubSpot Sales Hub is different from others because it's easy to use, works well with other HubSpot tools, and has lots of useful features. It helps sales teams automate tasks, track performance, and customize the tool to fit their needs, making it a great choice for managing customer relationships.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is how it brings together all the activities of our Revenue and Customer Success departments in one convenient hub. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, and what I love most is the effective analytics tools and automation features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hope for a more user-friendly experience in data extraction. Occasionally, it seems challenging to extract specific details based on certain fields, making the process feel somewhat daunting.

Very comprehensive and best suited for smb selling to enterprises. Powerful workflow automation Full suit of product Powerful custom fields and validation

Developer friendly well structured data modeling Easily integrates with other tool Detailed api at no extra cost Inbuilt Powerful dashboard builders
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime slow to switch screens. Not very intuitive to use a lot of technicalities in configuration.

Perfect for organisation of small medium size who have it division and integration requirment to crm
