It is much easier to use than other CRM's I have tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The learning academy is great. Hubspot offers much more than just the "basic" training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once a contact has been deleated you can no longer see past comments from that specific persons name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would choose this over others.
